With so many imports creating a seemingly seasonless calendar of food I have decided to include a month by month guide to help you navigate the comings & goings of a British growing year while cooking alongside mother nature. Lastly, I would urge you have a passionate affair with each ingredient while its seasonal skirts are lifted so that you can understand how much variety you can get out of any single ingredient be they broad bean, mussels or venison.
